Abstract:

Today, supply chain management has become one of the most common approaches to maintaining and creating sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to identify the effective options on supply chain efficiency and toexamine the impact of these factors on agile and lean supply chain approaches in the fashion industry. Increasing competition, changing market conditions, and the complexity of environmental factors are among the most important reasonsfor the industry s attention in recent years. The motivation to pay attention to the agility and lean concepts of the supply chain is the need to use flexible and efficient structures for responding as quickly and accurately as possible to customers needs. To do this, after reviewing the subject literature in this regard, we are going to identify the factors that affect the supply chain efficiency and provide a suitable hierarchical model for measuring and validating these relationships. A questionnaire was prepared and distributed to 40 apparel companies in Tehran province. After examining different decisionmaking techniques, the fuzzy AHP method was selected for the analysis of the relationships between these factors by using the uncertainty structure and more efficiency in calculating qualitative data. The results show more effective responsiveness than other hypothesized options. Based on prioritization, flexibility in IT infrastructure has had the least impact on the performance of the companies studied.
