Abstract:
Ionic liquid have been interested particularly by researchers because of their unique properties. Electricalconductivity as one of the most important thermo-physical properties of ionic liquids is considered specially inindustries. In this study, a new correlation method is presented to calculate the electrical conductivity of pure ionicliquids at constant pressure and different temperatures. Ten ionic liquids are investigated in this study and it is showedclearly that there is excellent agreement between the experimental data and the results which are obtained from thismethod. Absolute average deviation percent (%AAD) for all data is entirely satisfactory and it is equivalent to 0.84 %.
