Abstract:

Micro-scale plastic waste and potentially nano-scale are abundantly observed in nature. In recent years, micro plastics have been collected in the oceans and sediments with the highest density of 100,000 particles per cubic meter. Because of their small size, these micro plastics are eaten by smaller organisms, although this has unexplained consequences for their health. This study examines the effects of micro plastics on infertility organisms and their vulnerability. Some of the most important topics of this paper are: (1) assessment of the factors affecting the bioavailability of micro plastics, such as size and density, (2) measuring the relative vulnerability of different food groups, (3) providing a general overview of the factors that the probability of their influence on the physical effects of micro plastics, such as accumulation and displacement, is very high, and (4) the feeding of micro plastics, (5) the rules for micro plastics contamination. The findings of this study could provide further research on waste and management strategies.
