OPTIMIZING THE LOCATION OF REFUELLING STATIONS: A CASE STUDY OF IRAN

In this paper, we developed and applied the Flow Refueling Location Model (FRLM) for optimally locating p refueling stations on a network so as to maximize the total flow volume refueled. The model has been developed in two dimensions. First, optimizing location of new stations in a network contains some existing stations, second solving model for different road types separately. An integer linier programming model is used to solve this problem. This model applied on the transport network of Yazd province of Iran based on the real data.
