Abstract:

In this study, an air assisted dispersive liquid-liquid based on solidification of vesicle-based supramolecular(ASDLLMSVS) was proposed for preconcentration methadone prior with GC-MS. The methadone was extracted from the aqueous sample into the formed reverse micelle. Some parameters affecting the extraction efficiency such as type and volume of the extraction solvent, pH, volume of the disperser solvent and ultrasound extraction time were studied. Under optimum conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range 1-150 μgL−1. The limit of and the limit of quantification were found 0.5 μg L−1 and 1.2 μg L−1 respectively with preconcentration200. the relative standard deviations (RSDs, n=5) <6%. The method was successfully applied for preconcentration of the methadone in biological and water samples.
