Abstract:

The growing trend to globalization of businesses is giving rise to a need for the development of effective use of quality programs. For many organizations this need will entail thinking more clearly about the sources for the fail of quality programs. Achieving this requires understanding the major problems and constraints in implementing those programs. This paper reviews the major sources of fail in implementing quality programs. For this purpose, some important factors such as teams, quality circles, quality costing, quality control and improvement are considered and the associated problems and constraints are represented. It is found that poor training based on cultural aspects of organizations could play the most important role in causing fail of implementing quality programs.
