In this study, the criteria for determining the risk of supply chain also checked the effect of each other.The end of sanctions against Iran Aluminum Company (IRALCO) in the supply of raw materials needed and create an opportunity to start billet export their production to other countries, we can create new opportunities for the growth of foreign investment and the potential risks will also be managed. Some of the highlights include external events and non-controllable risks, natural disasters, extreme changes in demand and it is recommended that the aluminum industry s senior managers should focus on ways to control these risks
