خلاصه مقاله:
A two stage CMOS operational transconductance amplifier using nulling resistor compensation is designed for standard 0.18um process and 1.8V power supply .Some specification such as Gain-Bandwidth (GB), voltage gain, Power dissipation ,Phase Margin (PM), Input Common mode range (ICMR), load capacitance ,Slew Rate(SR), output voltage range are considered . Both the theoretical calculations and computer-aided simulation analysis are given in detail. Simulation results indicate superior performance of the design.
