خلاصه مقاله:
Based on an extensive research on more than 20 studies, this study explores the risks associated with offshore wind energy in Persian Gulf in Iran. This paper tries to identify the risks in related off-shore wind energy project, in ordet to specify which have the most impact on project by qualitative analysis through application of impact and possibility of every risk. Then prioritize the risks by quantitative analysis and using analytic hierarchy process method. By using this method we try to highlight the weight of risk factor were impacted project and in result of determine important risks. A survey was conducted in order to determine the relative importance of risk factors and risks.Certain key components in completion of the project should be taken into account such as special technology, special research team, special teams that have a good knowledge in this industry, choosing the right spot where the wind farms will be located. The benefits of wind power can solve the issue of growing power consumption with insufficient distribution facilities. The objective of this paper presenting the risk factors encountered in wind power project and highlighting risks must be control by project developers, project team, supply chain actors, manufacturers, all stockholders involved for successful completion of a project.
