خلاصه مقاله:
Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the world and colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in men and the second most common cancer in women. Many people suffer from thedisease every year, and about a third of people die of this cancer. Different molecular mechanisms exist in the biological evolution of colorectal cancer. Among these, the signaling paths are Tp53, PI3K, Wnt , EGFR . The Wnt signaling path is a protected pathway that plays an important role in regulating many biological processes and differentiation. Epidermal growth factor receptors and downstreamsignaling pathways play a key role in the progression of many cancers. The pathway of PI3K plays a very important role in many cellular processes and often changes in cancer that causes tumor growthand survival. P53 under conditions of stress and environmental stress can stop the cell cycle, senescent and apoptosis. Different genes are involved in these signaling pathways. The mutation in each of these genes or the loss of their function can lead to progression or invasion or reduction of apoptosis incancer cells. Knowing the genetic rashes in these pathways and restoring the mutations can be used to improve cancer, including colorectal cancer
