Nanolayer formation of engineered proteins on materials for biomedical applications

The interfaces are important for preparation of biosensors and bioactive materials. One of the useful methods for the purpose is immobilization of proteins on the materials surface. Although various types of immobilization methodology have been developed, the methods are categorized into two. One is oriented and another non-oriented. Here some examples of two methods are reported.
