Abstract:

The concept of human resource management was introduced in the mid-1980s and its purpose is to present the methods for employee management and improve the performance of organization. Welfare to the organization human resource is not seen as cost resource but as a valuable possession for achieving competitive advantage. According to this, the human resource planning has a high priority in organization. Mikel Prooter believes that skills and motivation of people (personnel) in accompany and the manner in which they use them, are important factors of the company s competitive advantage. Generally, human resource management is defined as identification, selection, recruitment, training and educating human force to achieve the goals of organization. In other words, human resource management is: The human needs analysis of organization due to the diverse terms and fulfillment of necessary actions for responding to these needs. Human resource management can be understood as a kind of management approach on the people. In this research, a functional strategies effect on the human resource management is discussed.
