Abstract:
Sea theft emergence phenomenon according to recent findings in Soomali and their attacks to Iran lead to basic changes in ports organization major planning against this phenomenon. Indeed these potential threat for Iranian ships lead to ports organization approach for care of these security. They try to offer most credit definitions of sea thefts and determined their border in international rights and show Iran meet common commitment in 1958 & 1982 conventions. In this research they search research dependent variable of mechanism and this process and approved this dependent variable in operational variable and IMO and sea policies in this convention although we show this phenomenon lead to Iran partner with IMO. And this point show Iran significantly change these basic approach. And Iran significantly act for this ship security and during these years we see some discussion in the political involvement. And sea security point has major position. So major hypothesis approved. And this problem show Theft Sea. Lead to legal and operational partnership in IMO
