The purpose of this survey is studding knowledge management aspects relationship with organizational commitment aspects between experts of Hormozgan province education office experts. This survey statical society include all employed experts in Hormozgan province education office. 115 experts of this organization selected as survey sample by random samplying. Tools for gathering information was:1. Lawson knowledge questionnaire 2. Alen & Mayer organizational commitment questionnaire Result of analysis show knowledge management aspects, knowledge dimensions, knowledge organization, knowledge maintain and distribution are meaningful predictor for 3 aspects of commitment, moral and order second hypothesis analysis show continues commitment have high yank 2/12 and moral commitment has low rank with rank 1/83 and order commitment is in second order with rank mean 2/05 Friedman test results show organizational commitment dimensions pedagogy has not meaningful differences between Hormozgan province education organization experts. Third hypothesis results show knowledge distribution knowledge with 4/92 rank has higher rank and knowledge application rank with 2/08 is in bow rank. Freidman test result show knowledge management aspect importance has meaningful importance.
