Proper Aspects of Recreational- Cultural Spaces for Age- with Approach to City Design Theory

Significant increase of aged urban is the new phenomenon in worldwide. We predict population more than 60 years will be 10 million until 2020 and will be more that 26 million to 2050. So some theories base on urban space proper for urban aged in survey domain. Urban Aging theory is one planning and planed space urban survey for urban age concentrated on space and public space that want to provide old age needs. This study done for improved aged- population tranquility sense in recreational- cultural spaces and urban space open. This paper is one application research due to finishing scales for planned recreational- cultural spaces. And its cause research for data gathering between variables. And it is administer by questionnaire in the level of recreational- cultural buildings of Bandar Abbas as one of most important zones in our country. In this research them relationship between variables analyzed base on purpose. So we can say they are from descriptive research methods and correlational method. Data use by 2 software s in descriptive static level and SPSS deductive static. And they used Pearson correlation test, Man- Whitney test (u test) and krosval- valice correlation test (H) for study effect of personal and economic factors. These data processed by SPSS statically level. Finally they use urban space quantity level and base on evaluation questionnaire for analysis scaling table. Result of it uses as one scale for proper this space.
