Abstract:

Project management knowledge is one of the young interdisciplinary sciences that in recent decades the world has been more attention to it. The knowledge and also project risk management which is one of the areas of project management knowledge in the last few years has gained greater attention in our country. As defined by the Project Management Association of America, one of the pioneers of this knowledge, Project Risk Management includes the processes of conducting risk management planning, identification, analysis, and response planning and risk control in a project. Project risk management objectives are, increasing the probability and impact of positive events and decreasing the probability and impact of negative events in the project. The complexity and instability of the project environment on the one hand and limited time, cost and resources of projects on the other hand cause that risks be part of the nature of each project. Therefore, project managers can by identifying and analyzing the risks develop programs to control risks and with respond appropriately to risks prevent the wasting of project resources. In this research which is case study of Engineering and Construction Projects of Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company, first by investigating the documents of construction projects in the field of oil and gas, the check list of projects, library and Internet studies as well as the use of the results of previous researches in this field, provide a list of risks of building projects. Then by obtaining comments of 7 experts and practitioners of projects and using three-stage Delphi technique, 47 risks as the final list of engineering construction project risks and building of Gachsaran Oil and Gas Exploitation Company were classified in 6 categories of Client risks, contractor risks, risk consultant, political risks, risks social / cultural and economic risks. Then using the method of AHP and obtaining Comments from project managers 5, the weight of four indicators of time, cost, quality and safety of Engineering and Construction Projects were calculated And then by collecting comments of 30 managers and relevant stakeholders through questionnaires, the probability of occurrence and impact of each risk on four intended indicators were obtained. Finally, using multi-criteria decision-making model TOPSIS, risks were ranked and for controlling and reducing the negative effects of high-priority risks response plans were presented.
