خلاصه مقاله:
Nowadays by virtue of data and communication technology a new period has been created in exchanges and gradually some community appeared where all traditions are feasible; a virtual community with completely real effects needs regulations to survive. Essentially a contract concluded electronically has no difference with other types and usually there are some problems relating to conclude, identify and define the validity of both latter and former. By virtue of Iran electronic law there are some special regulations concerning the option of cancellation explicitly, but they are not compared with ones regarding purchase in civil code so this article has examined the regulations comparatively to present the probable deficiencies in the field. It is hoped that this article would create some background for law researchers to solve probable problems in Iran electronic transactions
