The objective of this research is about long term planning and decision making process is in YUMS. This research of know the data collection and the applied aim and terms of the nature is the descriptive correlation. The subjects in this study YUMS make up the staff of 961 people and number the Statistical sample size of 274 people. Order to to withdraw data for this study were collected from questionnaires. Data analyzed using SPSS 22 software was used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between long-term planning and rational decision making at 95% level. The results also showed that there is no significant relationship between long-term planning and emotional decision-making. The results finally showed that there is no significant relationship between longtermplanning and decision making process). So it can be concluded that long-term planning has positive impact in application of rational decision-making in Yasooj Medical Sciences
