Abstract:

This study investigated the the association between knowledge management and organizational performance staff as the Registrar-General Kohgiloyeh and Boyer was done. The study population included all employees of the Directorate General of Civil Registration is the Kohgiloyeh and Boyer. The number in 1394, 96 people. The number using census method in the study were given as examples. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire, the results showed that between knowledge management and organizational innovation Directorate General of Civil Registration Kohgiloyeh and Boyer significant relationship existed. Among all aspects of knowledge management and organizational innovation staff of the Registry Kohgiloyeh and Boyer There was a significant relationship. It was also found that the variable of organizational knowledge with the beta (822 /.) Was the largest organizational innovation Kohgiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad is the Registrar-General
