Ablution is among religious rules of cleanness which has spiritual, ethical, and educational and health aspects that sometimes is religiously authorized and sometimes is religiously mandatory. One of the cases that having ablution is mandatory is saying prays. Whereas saying prays should not be forgotten forever, having ablution is necessary for saying prays. However, according to mental mode of persons while saying prays, this action has different rules and regulations that depend on type of patients and their diseases that influence on religious rules. Although nowadays religious rules of patients are neglected for treatment process, this issue does not reduce from importance of saying prays. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to ablution and saying prays. One of the cases that is inevitable for human and everybody has experience it is disease; thus, any Muslim should learn its specific rules and regulations. Method of taking ablution during disease has great importance; since, at one hand it is not possible to leave saying prays and on the other hand it is not possible to say prays without cleaning your body in advance. According to Nafye Haraj rule, Muslim should not put himself in difficult condition and difficult rules are rejected in Islam; therefore, it is necessary to have ablution while considering all of these issues.
