Abstract:

This study aimed to measure organizational intelligence, organizational silence and investigate their relationship with organizational agility in District Nine of Tehran Municipality.This is a correlational study and statistical society included all 105 organizational employees and managers, of whom 82 people were selected using the simple random sampling method. Sharifi and Zhang organizational agility questionnaire (1999),Albrecht organizational intelligence questionnaire (2002) and Vakola and Bouradas organizational silence questionnaire (2005) were used with acceptable validity and reliability for data collection. Results revealed that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational silence with organizational agility. Moreover, there is a significant and positive relationship between the dimensions of organizational intelligence, including strategic vision, shared fate, appetite for change, heart, alignment congruence, knowledge deployment, and performance pressure and dimensions of organizational silence including silent silence, submissive silence and organizational agility
