خلاصه مقاله:
In this study a particle level set method is developed to model droplet impact on a flat surface .The main advantage of this simulation over previous published results is that the effect of the second phase (air) is included and the contact angle is modeled at the contact point of solid, liquid and gas without changing the level set function near this point. The recoiling velocity is computed for different initial impact velocities. Comparison of numerical simulation with available experimental data and also other simulations reveals the accuracy of the method used in this paper.
