Abstract:

Toluene (C7H8) is aromatic compounds which is mainly used as a raw materials, supplements or solvents. According to has application in the industry and toxic effects, its impact on Some Parameters Lung tissue NMRI Albino Male Mice have been studied on in this study.30 mature Albino NMRI mice have been experimented in three groups of Shem, Group-A, which has been injected with the 0.1 cc Toluene solution (35% Toluene and 65% physiologic solution) with the purity of 1700 mg/kg for 25 days and Group-B with the same weight of the mice and the same situation except the purity which has been changed to 1000 mg/kg. After weighting, anesthesia Some parameters Lung tissues were considered, measured and studied in the scope of micro. In group A increased inner diameter of the bronchial and decreased alveolar surface area at a rate of 10.6% and 63.6% compared to the control group. These changes were significantly in Group B 1.7% and 18.2% (P<0.05) .Also It was significant difference between the two groups. Indicated significant correlation that changes the mentioned parameters ,causes inflammation, shortness of alveoli and reduced lung function that this effects were dose-dependent and were observed in higher dose toluene further destruction effects. Therefore information about disadvantage of this matter and provide strategies for reducing complications or replacement other combinations for different uses should be placed on the agenda related sectors
