Abstract:

The concepts of biodiversity and species composition are as a measure to compare the ecological status of ecosystems ranging from forests and pasture used. Due to declining rainfall and continuing drought that has a significant impact on plant diversity in the area. During two consecutive years to identify plant species for 50 plots of 10 × 10 m sampling were analysed and all species were identified. In total of 31 species belonging to 13 plant families in the first year and second year were identified 17 species belonging to 9 families. Asteraceae had the highest species and in the first year therophyte with 33/3% and in the second year Hemicryptophytes with 56% had the highest dispersion in the region. Due to the reduction of the rainfall, the number of Therophytes reduced and hemicryptophytes had the highest distribution in the second year.
