Abstract:
Synthesis of nanoparticles using plant extracts, environmentally friendly way in which of natural solvents used.In recent years synthesis using plant extracts, special attention is devoted to the physical and chemical methods. Green synthesis of simple, non-toxic, environmentally friendly. Herbal extracts can be as a green route for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles used. In this study, the extract of Prosopis farcta fruit as the reducing agent, is used for the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles. Characterization of the AgNPs was done by UV-Visible Spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The formation of silver nanoparticles was confirmed by the presence of an absorption peak at 450 nm using spectrophotometer.
