Abstract:
The dentine matrix is a reservoir of growth factors and cytokines, sequestered during dentin genesis. Previous studies have demonstrated that EDTA solubilised dentine matrix components show morphogenetic activity and can induce dentino genesis . The aim of this issue was to extract dentin matrix protein in order to study lastly, their effects on cultured endometrial adult stem cells. Materials & Methods: ex vivo teeth were obtained and the pulps , enamel and cementum were removed dentin was ground and placed in 10% (EDTA) and 5 M PMSF ( Ph7.4) for 10 days. Superior liquids were put in dialysis sacs prior to electrophoresis. Result: protein fractions from dentin were separated by electrophoresis confirmed that the individual peaks demonstrated heterogeneity in their protein content . Conclusion: Reciprocal epitheliomesenchymal interactions control the terminal differentiation of odonatoblasts, Since these interactions are matrix mediated , attempts have been made to understand the nature and mechanism (s) of cell – matrix interactions . In this study , we have extracted dentin matrix proteins . Afterward , we would study the effect of these proteins on the differentiation of endometrial adult stem cells to odontoblast cells.
