Introduction: In recent years, attention to the use of nanoparticles as carriers for drug delivery to different parts of the body. By changing the pharmacokinetic characteristics of drug, nanocarriers lead to better performance and decrease the side effects of drug. In this study first of nanocarriers, how to produce it and then nanocarrier new applications in drug delivery systems are discussed.Results: hydrogel SB50 to Batrvksvbyn reputation. In fact it is produced from engineered bacteria. The hydrogel containing nanofibers obtained by combining the serpent poison and is used to prevent bleeding. Another example is the use of nanocarriers to treat tularemia. Tularemia or rabbit fever, is a disease caused by bacteria Francisella tularensis.
