Introduction: In women, cancers are one of the first three causes of death in all ages. Among the most common cancers in women with prevalence, severity of malignancy, The complications and the possibility of their interventions require that they be taken for early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Considering the significant damage that can occur to a family member in the event of a woman s cancer Paying attention to breastfeeding and conducting clinical examinations for early diagnosis and rapid action in the early stages and in small sizes with the possibility of maintaining breast, both in appearance and in psychological terms, will be of great help to the person.In order to promote women s health, the use of midwifery experts and their knowledge and skills can play an important role in the identification of mast masses.Method: This is a descriptive-analytic study and designing interventions based on it. The data are summarized and analyzed in the excel software program, and the status of education and screening of women aged 30-60 years covered by the city s subsidiaries has been investigated.findings : Women trained 30-60 years of age on common cancers of women 50.9% Breast cancer 36.4% of identified masses 1.3% Incidence rate 47.5 per 100,000Conclusion : The study shows that educating and increasing the knowledge and skills of midwives regarding CBE and women in the target group with regard to available facilities in the country is a suitable method for the timely detection and treatment of breast cancer. It can play an effective role in timely diagnosis and treatment with minimal cost and facilities.
