Abstract:
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women . The aim of this study was to evaluate the risk factors for breast cancer and the identification of high risk groups . In this study, 83 female and male patients with breast cancer in Zahedan hospitals were selected. The risk factors information was collected through a checklist and analyzed using SPSS21 software. The results showed that the factors under investigation were stress (77.1%), lack of history of lactation (68.7%) , physical inactivity (59%) and family history (53%) with the highest percentages And were the most common risk factors . The risk variable of breast cancer was related to early menstrual variables , history of oral contraceptives , infertility , hormone therapy , smoking , age at first birth , physical activity , overweight , history of lactation and stress (p <0.05)Women with a positive family history and a history of stress were more likely to have breast cancer Which coincided with the studies of Ebrahimi and Sharifzadeh and And women who had a history of physical activity and a history of lactation for three to four years were less likely to get cancer , Which coincided with the studies of kuorosh Holakouee and Behzad Jafarnia.
