Abstract:

he point of this research has been the examination between managers skills and teachers career motivation from the zahedans guidance school teachers, view. The research method is correlation. The population of this research is 3821 people including both genders of men and women teachers in zahedans guidance schools, which according to the Morgan table 133 men and women teachers are chosen random–class. Using a questionnaire, Katz triple skills, the skills of school administrators were measured and Herzberg s job motivation questionnaire for describing the teachers job motivation was used. The final factor in cronbachs alpha was obtained 3828 in the questionnaire on managers tri-skills and questionnaire of job motivation. The results obtained in this research are as followed: a positive and meaningful relationship between managers skills (Technical, Human , Perceptual) with zahedans school teacher job motivation. The results obtained in Rigsons step by step show that technical skills have the most predictive effect in increase of the teachers motivation between the skills. According to the teachers sex differences there was a meaningful difference observed in the managers tri-skills but there was no meaningful difference according to education level and job experience.
