Abstract:

Attempt to improvement and effective using of different sources such as capital working force, materials, energy and information is the purpose of all managers of economic organizations and industry and production units and service organizations.By suitable organizational structure ,performance methods, equipment and healthy working tools, balance working space and competent human force the most important factor are necessary for suitable exploitation that managers should attention them. Staffs participating with working discipline and awareness attempts can effect on exploitation in unsafely environment .the spirit of exploitation culture should be on organization body that among this human force consisted the central core.In order that difference numbers and combination of effective factors on human force exploitationin different organizations is the difference of features in inside and outside environment ,so this research is performed by purpose of ranking effective factors, for providing the base for managers decision for schedule field and maintain of human force that caused to increase expensesFor leaving of staffs.The research method is Survey-Description and statistic population are 400 persons including managers, bosses, supervisors, experts and 250 questionnaires are distributed which were randomly, that 196 are backed and analyzed.For data analyzing SPSS19 software and finally based on phase hierarchy technique are presented.
