The diverse impact of absorptive capacity on competitiveness based on the development state

High growth of globalization and intensively international competition cause many developing countries to makeeffort in order to compensate for the technological gaps being between them and developed countries (Archibugi,1995:2008). Many efforts are made to improve the technological competitiveness in order to reduce gap (Roessner etal., 2002). The concept of compatibility can be assessed at analysis level of institution, sector, and industry (Li, 2002).Measuring compatibility at national level by different institutes including ―Institute for Management Development‖(IMD) and ―World Economic Forum‖ (WEF) is performed annually.
