Abstract:

At present one of the worries in industrial environment is to having continuous production line in order to manufacturing at high quality so the reliability maters is more valued. In modern world considering of miscellaneous sensitivities of different unique, reliability has a variant position. As the pioneers of reliability, United States military industries have proposed state of the art models and due to importance of risk or reliability is a lot different from normal industries. In this paper we have discussed maintenance as significant process of industrial organizations. There are different reliability model for resource availability and high reliability in products which we can mention CBM⁺ introduction by U.S Defense organization. The CBM⁺ is the same CBM that specially customized for us military industries and note to high sensitivity of military products, it has obliged the maintenance umbrella in all processes, products and military assets and has more approach to predictive aspects. Thus it has using RCM in vital centers as modern reliability technique in order to reducing costs increasing equipment Arial ability time and high quality product ensuring organization life and improved methods so on. Therefor in this paper applying descriptive-analytical methods to introduce aboriginal model compatible with management methods and system in coordination with other ones to implementing RCM in such sensitive industries.
