Abstract:
In this paper, a flying cable suspended robot attached to a helicopter is presented. The computation of the Dynamic Load Carrying Capacity (DLCC) of the cable robot on a given end-effector trajectory is developed. DLCC varies from one place to another on the cargo trajectory. The helicopter has been utilized for lift and transport cargo from one location to another. The payload handling is a vital operational requirement. To ensure an acceptable probability of transport mission success, this multi-dimensional automated crane is proposed and the 6DOF cable robot tor computing the maximum DLCC is presented.
