خلاصه مقاله:
Optical properties of carbon nanostructuresproduced by laser ablation method in different liquidenvironments have been studied experimentally. In thiswork we used a 7 ns fundamental wavelength of pulsedNd:YAG laser at 1064 nm and 10 Hz repetition rate toproduce carbon nanostructures including graphene in distilledwater, acetone, alcohol, and CTAB. Structure andmorphology of carbon nanostructures were studied usingtheir UV–Vis-NIR spectrum, TEM images, and Ramanscattering spectrum. Results show that in our experimentalcondition distilled water was the most capable medium forproducing graphene. Color of suspensions varied with theamount of carbon nanoparticles in the suspension while thebandgap energy of samples decreases with increasing theamount of graphene.
