خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper, cumulative sum (cusum) system is presented for quality control and monitoring of ready-mixed concrete plants. Two examples are presented to investigate the application of this method. In the first example, the production of ready-mixed concrete is simulated with data intentionally varied mean and standard deviations, generated with normal distributions. These generated data, as concrete compressive strength, is monitored with pair of cumulative sums where the first is for detecting mean increases (SHi) and the second is for detecting mean decreases (SLi). In the second example, the teal data from a ready-mixed concrete is controlled by the cusum system. To simplify the controlling system, a transparent V-mask designed and used to identify the small change in the production system.
