Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem (RCPSP) is a classic combined optimization problem in which project activities should be scheduled in order to optimize project time and some other goals. Most research conducted in project scheduling is aimed to decrease project time or cost and improving project quality. In this paper by considering 3goals, including time, cost and quality simultaneously, a comprehensive model is introduced. In our problem each activity can be done withmultiple execution modes with different time, cost and quality. The proposedmodel is solved using Genetic Algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm is efficient.
