خلاصه مقاله:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the credibility of web-based information resources in relation to the research carried out and the various levels that these studies have addressed. For this purpose, researches that have been performed in the name of model, framework, method, theory, etc. have been investigated. The method used in this research is content analysis and the information gathering tool is the library method. The results of this research showed that among the researches carried out, 9 researches of Petty and Cacioppa, Tseng and Fogg, Fritch and Cromwell, Wathen and Burkell, Fogg, Meola, Metzger, Rieh and Danielson and Hilligoss and Rieh can be introduced as models. . The results also showed that credibility assessment studies of web-based information resources took place at four levels of user, website, source and message. At each of these levels, there are suggested criteria for evaluating these resources which at the level of the user, subject knowledge; at the level of the web site, being up to date; at the level of the source, the source s specialized knowledge; and at the message level, having the document were the most important criteria for each Level.
