خلاصه مقاله:
Influence of Si/Al was studied experimentally on CO2, CH4 adsorption capacity and selectivity of the synthesized SAPO-34. Samples of SAPO-34 were prepared with different ratios of Si/Al (0.2 and 0.3) and they were tested in the batch adsorption volumetric. Results showed enhancement of CO2 adsorption capacity against CH4 with decreasing the ratio of Si/Al. The observed adsorption selectivity of carbon dioxide to methane was determined around 7 for the lower ratio of Si/Al and this fact indicates that synthesized SAPO-34 with Si/Al equal to 0.2 can be a good candidate for separation of CO2 from CH4 in adsorption processes.
