Abstract:

The importance of knowing how the leaders and policy administers obtain the decisions and what s their opinion and how they operate in different political occasions is proofed over years. For decades, Strategy specialist, Policy coordinators, directors and etc. are studying on how to predict future events and therefore how to face them. Those events caused by the decision making of leaders and politicians, so if we concentrate on them, their behavior, reactions and thoughts, we can obtain what will happen if those leaders opposed to which situations. Before, using statistics and information technologies, we were able to predict, analyze and deliberate and reasoning about future events. So we decided to predict and acquire the politicians concentrations and plans by analyzing their thought and then visualizing the results. A data type we use to reveal preferences and goals through recruiting speeches, lectures, and public statements transcripts and notes is using text data type. In the age of Information technology (21 century), categorizing and classification of this data family in this huge amount, costs so much. Automated text analysis methods can substantially reduce the costs and time of analyzing massive collections of texts, also understanding the results may be another problem that is solved with data visualization; Data visualization is going to change the way our analysts work with data. They’re going to be expected to respond issues more rapidly. And they’ll need to be able to dig for more insights – look at data differently, more imaginatively. Data visualization will promote that creative data exploration. We brought an instance of final outcome of this algorithm; you can see how is easy now to find out the result, with this simple text-mining and visualization algorithm.
