Abstract:

Discussions on cloud computing have been widely discussed in the scientific and applied fields, and the education sector is no exception of this. Many executives and experts believe that cloud computing can improve virtual education services and dramatically change the adoption and application of information technology in the field of e-learning. This study, by examining and evaluating different scenarios of using services and cloud computing models, answers the basic question that is the most efficient model for using cloud computing in the field of virtual education. The present research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of method. The statistical society included elites, experts in information technology and professors of universities and higher education institutions of Lorestan province, who have full knowledge of the field of education. Using a census sampling method, 60 people were selected. Identified effective factors on the use of cloud computing in the field of education were prepared in a questionnaire with 16 sub-criteria and 4 main factors. The validity of the questionnaire was based on theoretical foundations and confirmed by experts and professors. Cronbach s alpha coefficient is more than 7%, which indicates the acceptable reliability of the questionnaire. In this research, the identified factors were ranked by Chang s method using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) technique. Based on the results, according to the final weights, the factors influencing the use of cloud computing in e-learning can be prioritized: technological factors (0.412), human factors (0.278), organizational factors (0.224) and environmental factors (0.084). .
