Abstract:

Background and Aim:potassium is an essential nutrient to promot growth and production crops by plants. extensive use of potassium chemical fertilizer to fix the plants need to it caused pollution of bio environmental and decrease of humanˈs health some soil bacteria, can promote growth plants by supply the required elements of them therefore use of these bacteria as bio fertilizer can reduce the high usage of chemical fertilizerMethods:different sample of Rhizosphere soil and complete saffron plant collected from several agriculture lands. The bacteria Isolated by dilution method and selected beneficial bacteria by forming big halo zone on aleksandrov agar plate Biochemical tests Performed to characterization of selected bacteria. In vivo test best bacteria on saffron plants did to measurement of its effect on plant growth and yield of themResults:one hundred and ten bacteria isolated from rhizosphere and different part of saffron plant .selected fourteen bacteria that forming big halo zone on alecksandrov plate agar which indicates the high power of the bacteria in the solution of potassium. pH and temperature test showed that six bacteria had the best growth sustainability in abnormal conditions. In compared with plants without any fertilizer, saffron plant inoculated with selected bacteria had be increasing in dry weight of stigma, petal and number of corm. Conclusion:Isolated bacteria with Potassium solubilising power can be alternative other to potassium chemical fertilizer.
