خلاصه مقاله:
Non-pathogenic microorganisms, probiotics are alive, have beneficial effects on the health of their host.Dairy products have traditionally been used for centuries by many natives, are the main source of potentially probiotic bacteria. In this study, the raw milk as well as local yogurt and cheese obtained from native sheep and cattle in the nine regions located in the foothills Sabalan and Baghrow in Ardebil, Iran, overall 88 probiotic bacteria in 22 species were isolated over M17 and MRS agar media and identified based on the morphological and biochemical tests. In the next step, pure isolates for final identification were confirmed by molecular analysis by HRM-Real Time PCR and phylogenetic trees were plotted using the bootstrap method based on data from DNA sequences to estimate the trend of phylogenies of isolates. Finally, 5 genus of lactic acid bacteria were identified to species level; consisting of 66 Lactobacillus isolates were located in 9 groups including L. sakei, L. plantarum, L. agilis, L. casei, L. rhumnosus, L. delbrueckii subsp. lactis, L. maltaromicus, L. paracasie subsp. paracasie and L. intestinalis, 7 Sterptococcus isolates were located in 4 categories, including S. oralis, S. oralis-1, S. downei and S. thermophilus and 8 Enterococcus isolates were in four groups, including E. avium, E. faecalis, E. durans and E. faecium as well as 4 Leuconostoc isolates were in 3 groups, including L. mesenteroides subsp dextranicum, L. mesenteroides subsp mesenteroids and L. mesenteroides subsp-1 mesenteroids and 3 Pediococcus isolates were in 2 groups, including P. pentosaceus and P. Inopinatus. In conclusion, this study showed that traditional dairy products in these areas can potentially be used as suitablesources of probiotic bacteria
