Education and training of the effective citizen

Influential citizens are people who can be successful and happy when it comes to move from school environment to the workplace and living space. And based on this success and the inner satisfaction that they have, can happily be able to influence the environment around and the people of their society. And also respond in a positive way, and in this reciprocal response, they can strengthen this action and response. They can feel more satisfying, happier and more successful that they can make such a positive impact on their environment, and it will be more effective afterwards. Seeking to further influence, the feeling of success and happiness is furthered in a positive circle to reinforce each other and move in that positive circle.To some extent, it can be stated that success is a result of the correct educational system, which brings happiness, and the inner satisfaction to a human being. Although success is one of the basics and prerequisite for happiness, it is not a sufficient condition for it. If people want to feel contented, they need to be well-nourished. It is necessary for them to know and internalize how to get pleased and self-satisfied. And moreover they should be able to make a positive and successful inner image of themselves.The key to achieve success is to be in a balanced condition for learning and growth; as the basic condition for happiness is to nurture a person in equilibrium. The two principles of success and happiness that result from growth in equilibrium are the main factor to make an individual as an influential citizen.
