Abstract:

Morality is defined as the regulator of human relationships. On the other hand, commitment is a psychological state that connects individuals to the organization and causes the employee s emotional attachment and replication and his interest in the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research The study of the effect of work ethics on organizational commitment. This research is a review type. Which studies the views of thinkers through library studies and presents the existing models of the relationship between organizational commitment and work ethic. Studies have shown that one of the reasons for organizational commitment is the worker ethics that organizations can add to the work ethic. Employees will contribute to their organizational commitment, and organizations can work to prevent work-related problems and reduce commitment to the organization by making positive changes in the context and organization of the organization through increasing work ethic.
