Abstract:

In order to identify continuous markers with seed traits controlling genes, 99 genotypes of the 8th genotype obtained from the intersection of local Tarom × Khazar cultivars, an experiment was conducted in the greenhouse of the Gonbad University in the year 9613. The studied traits included number of infertile spikes, total weight of clusters and length of main cluster. The seeds were germinated to soil pots containing rice fields. To apply stress from the beginning of the irrigation clustering step, a time interval of 5 days was performed once. A genetic map of 6 SSR markers, 12 ISSR markers (with 44 polymorphic alleles) and 5 iPBS markers (with 22 multiple-alleles) and 2 IRAP markers (with 8 multiple-alleles) were used. The markers of 12 rice chromosomes with a map length of 10.774 cm were evaluated. A total of 7 QTLs were located for the studied traits. For infertile clusters, two QTLs at the distance of the marker RM5481-RM11 and IPBS2224-2-RM134 and one QTL at the interval of the ISSR57-6-ISSR58-2 marker on chromosomes 5 and 12 for flood and stress conditions, for a total cluster weight, a QTL in The distance between the RM5481-RM11 marker and one place in the distance between ISSR57-6 - ISSR58-2 marker on chromosomes 7 and 12 under flood and under stress conditions and for the length of the main cluster under flood and stress conditions, respectively, is one place at the marker spacing IRAP30-1 - ISSR2-1 and RM4955-RM447 were identified on chromosomes 5 and 8. The results of this research can be used in the selection program using the marker.
