Keywords:
The oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) on Pd nanoparticles decorated chlorine doped reducedgraphene oxide (Pd/Cl-RGO) electrocatalyst have been investigated in alkaline media. Pd is apromising alternative to the expensive platinum. The surface morphology of prepared materials(RGO , Cl-RGO and Pd/Cl-RGO) is studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Thecharacterization of synthesis catalysts was performed by FT-IR , XRD and Raman techniques.The electrocatalyst performances are investigated by cyclic voltammetry , linear sweepvoltammetry , and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 0.1 M KOH
