Abstract:

Introduction: By increasing the patients knowledge and also increasing their expects from medical services attention of a medical student to obey and point to medical ethics should be improve. Many ethical methods obtained in order to make a good ethical view for future general practitioners from currently medical students. Methods: Two groups of medical student rotations that passed medical ethics course follows just after course exam that first group is not obligate to say and pay attention to ethics of a patient in presenting their history but another group must tell about ethical manners of a patient and ask patients about ethical rules they should received and the attending want these ethical point of views in their history note near physical exams and systematic review. Then the results analyze to prove if continue and force to think about a patient s ethical needs the medical students voluntarily obey the ethical rules in future. Results: As it proved that when something wanted obligatory from a student and he tried and paid attention continually it will get popular to do it in future also if it doesn t need to interact for example when an attend wants his student to check heart rate and want them to argue about it in their histories if the students go to a ward that doesn t need heart exam they check heart rate voluntary too. Conclusion: We can make such methods for ethical view to be done near medical exams and histories too.
