Distrust available vaccines (69%), fear of side effects (65%), lack of enough information in vaccination-time (59%) and lack of enough time for receiving the vaccine (56%) were the most important preventive causes in application of the vaccine. Barriers and motivators factors effecting influenza vaccination uptake among healthcare workers in the different wards was significant (P< 0.03) and healthcare staff of the infectious ward have a good motivation and have low barriers factors (P < 0.04). There was no significant between male and female answers (P< 0.59) and no significant between history of vaccination uptake (P< 0.7). Conclusion: This study showed that vaccine with valid brand, distribution of vaccine in proper time and season and presentation of free vaccine to personnel are effective motivating items in vaccination uptake.
