Abstract:

In order to improve the reliability of the transmission system and reduce the shock, gear shifting based on the analysis of the driver s input force and the output force of selector forks considered in order having gear shift based on the strength and hardness of the selector forks. For this purpose, by simulating the force which is applied by driver on selector fork (gear stick) in the Adams Dynamic Software and then with simulating 3D model of selector fork and gear stick with using finite element method the results of strength, hardness during synchronization with the deviation and maximum force of driver’s hand is extracted by applying to the selector forks. The control strategy will be corrected according to the hardness analysis
